The rainbow Can Can was the ninth dance of international night. It was a Universal Girls dance, meaning that any girl regardless of country could do it.

The rainbow can can was the only dance to require special outfits. the costume consists of a white shirt (mostly short sleeve, but there were a few long sleeve shirts or no sleeve shirts), black stockings or leggings, and black shoes. The girls also got to choose a primary and secondary color for their skirt.
