Dooferalls were the standardly-issued uniforms required to be worn by the citizens of the Tri-State Area under the reign of Doofensmirtz. All citizens of the empire were obliged to wear them with the exception of the small minority of Doofenshmirtz's cronies.

- The word "Dooferalls" is a pun of "overalls."
- Dooferalls are gray and have a red "D" on it (D for the initial of Doofenshmirtz).
- Heinz Doofenshmirtz (2nd Dimension) and Vanessa Doofenshmirtz (2nd Dimension) do not wear these because Heinz is the leader of the Tri-State Area and Vanessa is his daughter.
- It is unknown why The Resistance do not wear these clothes, although Baljeet does. The Resistance wear black clothes (apart from Baljeet).
